RATES & BOOKING POLICIES:  We do not change our rates on weekends or festival event weekends!

At the time of booking we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.  Then 30 days prior to your arrival the balance of your credit card will be charged for the remainder of your stay.  Should you need to cancel your reservation prior to 30 days we will allow your deposit to be applied to a future booking.  However, if you must cancel any time after 30 days your payment will not be refunded.  (As much as we hate this policy - we will enforce it)

ALL OUR UNITS ARE NO SMOKING/NO PETS.  There will be a $250.00 cleaning charge if not observed.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM and CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00PM unless prior arrangements have been made.

LOCATION OF OUR FACILITIES:

All three of our overnight lodging facilities are located just 2.1 miles from downtown Leavenworth and are extremely easy to find! You will not be driving around aimlessly trying to find us.

AMENITIES OF OUR FACILITIES: 

Great care has gone into decorating and furnishing these homes so you feel comfortable and cozy.  All are located at the top of a hillside surrounded by orchard and beautiful views.  If you want country this is the place for you!  All have are equipped with DVD players and come furnished with a highchair and portable playpen for families with children.

P.S. - We do decorate for the christmas holidays and artifical trees will be in your unit.

LODGING CHOICES WE HAVE AVAILABLE:

"The Old Farmhouse" - This charming home is so warm and inviting we have many repeat customers.  As you enter a nice size living room awaits furnished with a large flat screen TV and electric fireplace.  Two nicely furnished bedrooms make this a very comfortable place for four guests.  The bathroom is located outside both bedrooms and has a shower fixture.  With this home you also have a large kitchen that has a nice size dining table, full refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.  Cupboards are stocked with your basic dinnerware, pots, pans and gadgets.  If you need only one bedroom the rate for this home is $109.95 plus taxes.  If you have other guests and use both bedrooms the rate is $129.95 plus taxes.  Limit 4 guest

"Pear Haven" - This one bedroom is such a wonderful retreat for couples!  It has a comfortable front room with double doors that open to the covered front patio area. Swing the doors open at night and watch the stars from your sofa!  A large TV is also located in the living room area equipped with DVD.  And the bathroom in this unit is beautiful.  Not only is it a really nice size but it has beautiful cabinets and double glass sinks sitting on corium counters.  A tub/shower fixture allows you to really relax and enjoy it's warmth.  Then to make it just right for travelers we have just recently finished behind bifold doors a mini kitchen.  Here you will find a coffeepot, microwave, toaster and mini fridge.   Limit 2 guests (Talk to us about an extra child - depending on age we will allow)  Our rate is $79.95 plus taxes      ****see below

"Apple Blossom Inn" - This is our largest and most roomy unit.  Great for families!  This home has two large bedrooms (one which is really large and has two queen beds) and a large open living room with electric pellet stove and large flat screen TV.  A beautiful corium countertop kitchen is open to the living room area and has lots of counterspace and all your necessary applicances and dinnerware.  This home is very well stocked!  Open the back kitchen door and you enter your own private backyard area for relaxing.  This home has a bathroom with a shower and is accessed through the really big bedroom.  If you need only one bed the rate for this home is $109.95 plus taxes.  If you need more than one bed the rate is $129.95 plus taxes.  Limit 6 guests   ****see below

**** A great feature about "Pear Haven" and "Apple Blossom Inn" is that they share a really good insulated common wall which has a door which can be unlocked and opened to join the two units together if desired.  This makes a great place to have a holiday gathering or family reunion!  We have had prior guests rent out all three of our facilities which are close to each other and do just this!

If you are looking for a place closer to Wenatchee check out Nuzzeling Doves Farm Bed & Breakfast.   This is the newest Bed and Breakfast in Wenatchee situated in an old farm house built in 1909.  And at this B&B when you book you have the exclusive use of the facility.  We do not book any other guests during your stay so their is no sharing common areas or amenities.   $120.00 per night for up to four guests.  ** This is a per night rate not a per person rate!
